Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Harbour Services Limited, has an effective date of April 21, 2026.The amalgamation proceeds the merger of Adani Harbour Services Limited (AHSL) with Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited. This transaction was executed under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
In connection with the scheme, the company and AHSL confirmed that they have filed a certified copy of the NCLT order sanctioning the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. This filing confirmed the official commencement of the merger, setting the effective date of the Scheme as April 21, 2026.
