
Purple Finance Reports Strong Q4 FY26 Performance, Achieving Profitability and Accelerating Growth
Mumbai, April 2026: Purple Finance Limited, a digital-first NBFC specializing in a phygital lending model for MSMEs, reported a strong close to the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved the milestone of profitability and sustained growth in its loan book during the quarter.The company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹ 42 lakhs in Q4 FY26, which showed significant improvement compared to a loss of ₹ 88 lakhs recorded in Q3 FY26, reflecting improved operating leverage and business momentum.
Total income witnessed a quarter-on-quarter growth of 28%, reaching ₹ 1,717 lakhs. Assets Under Management (AUM) also increased by 27% QoQ, reaching ₹ 24,901 lakhs. This expansion was driven by sustained growth in the SME lending portfolio, while asset quality remained stable, keeping Gross NPAs below 1.5% of AUM.
This strong performance builds on key milestones achieved during FY26, including the company reaching profitability from Q3, raising capital aggregating ₹ 79 crore during the year, and successfully listing ₹ 25 crore retail NCDs. Furthermore, the company plans to increase its capital base with ₹ 69 crore of additional capital to support its next phase of growth.
