
Ahmedabad, December 31, 2025: Adani Green Energy Limited (NSE: ADANIGREEN, BSE: 541450) has operationalized renewable power projects aggregating 307.4 MW at Khavda, Gujarat through its step-down subsidiaries, as part of its ongoing project execution.
Following the commissioning of these projects, the company’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 17,237.2 MW.
The decision to operationalize the plants was taken at 7:47 a.m. on December 31, 2025, based on the relevant clearances. Power generation from these projects will commence from January 1, 2026.
