Ahmedabad, July 29, 2026: Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), a flagship company of the Adani Group, announced its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported its highest ever quarterly EBITDA at Rs 5,642 crore, reflecting strong performance across its diverse infrastructure and incubating businesses.

The consolidated financial highlights showed Total Income reaching Rs 33,546 cr, marking a 50% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase. AEL's growth is attributed to the maturity of established businesses and the continuous momentum generated by its evolving incubation platforms.

Operational and Business Milestones​

Energy & Technology:
Adani New Industries commissioned a new module line of 1.7 GW, expanding the total solar module line capacity to 5.7 GW. In data centers, AdaniConnex Pvt Ltd secured a new hyperscale order totaling 400 MW in Vizag. The completion of Pune Phase II (9.6 MW) increased operational capacity to 65.4 MW for AEL's Data Center business.

Airports and Roads:
Navi Mumbai Airport, managed by Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), commenced international flight operations on July 15, 2026. AAHL reported robust growth in revenue streams during the quarter, with aero revenue increasing by 16% Y-o-Y and non-aero revenue growing by 53%.

In the road transport segment, Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL) commenced toll collection at the Ganga Expressway project from May 15, 2026.
