Established in 2021 under the brand name "Anil Baghi Hospital," ABH Healthcare operates a comprehensive 150-bed multi-speciality hospital. The facility offers services across 25 medical specialities.The hospital's operational reach is significantly broadened, as it is empanelled with 30 private and public health insurance providers and third party administrators. This wide network indicates strong industry acceptance of its services.
The company has shown robust financial strengthening over the past three years. Consolidated revenue saw a steady rise from ₹41.38 crore in FY24 to ₹52.51 crore by FY26. Furthermore, profit after tax increased more than threefold during the same period, climbing from ₹1.66 crore to ₹5.64 crore.
Fund Utilization and Future Growth Strategy
ABH Healthcare has outlined a clear utilization plan for the net proceeds raised through the IPO. The company plans to dedicate up to ₹17 crore towards debt repayment in part or full settlement. An additional ₹5 crore will be allocated to cover working capital requirements.The remaining funds from the issue are earmarked for inorganic growth, encompassing unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
