Yes Bank Limited has reported a significant increase in its paid-up share capital following the allotment of equity shares consequent to the exercise of stock options under various incentive plans.

The bank approved the allotment of 6,58,070 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2/-. This transaction occurred pursuant to the exercise of stock options provided under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and the YBL RSU Plan 2024, encompassing options held under the YBL PESOP 2020 Plan and the YBL PESOP 2025 Plan.

By exercising these stock options, the bank realized Rs. 92,18,221.30 from the transaction.
