Yasho Industries Announces Record Date for Final Dividend of Rs 0.50 Per Share
Yasho Industries Limited has set the record date for its FY 2025-26 Final Dividend following a recommendation by its Board of Directors.The company announced that it has recommended a final dividend amounting to Rs 0.50 per share. This determination was made subsequent to earlier information provided by the Company on May 18, 2026.
For the purpose of the Final Dividend distribution for Fiscal Year 2025-26, the record date is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026. Once the dividend is approved by members during the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), the payment is slated to be disbursed within 30 days of the approval date.
The company also clarified the tax implications related to the distribution. As per the Income Tax Act 2025, dividends paid or distributed by the Company are taxable in the hands of the Members. Consequently, Yasho Industries Limited will be required to deduct tax at source (TDS) when making the final dividend payment.
