
Yashhtej Industries Receives Government Approval for Rs. 175 Crore Soybean Oil Expansion Project
Yashhtej Industries (India) Ltd has received approval from the Government of Maharashtra for its proposed expansion project to manufacture soybean oil in Latur. The government has granted the status of a Large Scale Project to the initiative under the Package Scheme of Incentives (PSI), 2019 and the Agro and Food Processing Policy.The manufacturing facility is planned for a location at Plot No. D-76, D-76/1, Additional MIDC Area and Gut No. 38, Mouje Bholra, Latur. The company intends to establish an installed capacity of 60,000 MT per annum for soybean oil production.
The proposed investment for the expansion is approximately Rs. 1,75,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventy-Five Crore). The project is expected to generate employment opportunities for approximately 65 persons.

Project Incentives and Benefits
The project is eligible for specific incentives subject to the fulfillment of prescribed conditions under the applicable policies. These benefits include a 100% exemption from Stamp Duty in accordance with relevant Government Notifications.Additionally, the company is eligible for an Industrial Promotion Subsidy (IPS). This subsidy is equivalent to 100% of eligible investments made during the prescribed investment period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029, or up to 100% of Gross State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) payable over a period of 10 years, whichever is lower.
