EPACK Durable Limited has secured a tailor-made incentive package from the Government of Andhra Pradesh for a combined proposed investment totaling ₹1,084.31 Crore. This approval falls under the Mega Category of the Andhra Pradesh Electronics Manufacturing Policy (4.0) and involves the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, EPACK Manufacturing Technologies Private Limited (EMTPL).

The incentives include the allotment of 36.41 acres of land to EPACK Durable for establishing the proposed manufacturing facility. Furthermore, the government has sanctioned a 50% capital subsidy on eligible fixed capital investment for both companies' combined proposals under the policy.

The investments are aimed at expanding manufacturing capabilities within Andhra Pradesh across several consumer durable categories. These include room air conditioners, components, small domestic appliances, washing machines, televisions, and other home appliances.

The proposed investment builds upon EPACK Durable’s existing manufacturing base in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, and is intended to support the company's long-term capacity expansion plans across its diversified consumer durables portfolio.

Commenting on this development, Mr. Ajay DD Singhania, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of EPACK Durable Limited, stated that the approval represents a significant step toward their long-term manufacturing goals. He highlighted that Andhra Pradesh has established itself as a preferred destination for electronics manufacturing due to its progressive policies and robust industrial ecosystem.

Mr. Singhania added that the combined investment is anticipated to generate employment opportunities for approximately 1,600 individuals in the state. He emphasized that strengthening their manufacturing footprint is crucial to supporting customers with enhanced scale, operational efficiencies, and localization as demand for consumer durables continues to rise.

EPACK Durable operates as a leading Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) of room air conditioners. The company has diversified its manufacturing portfolio to include large and small domestic appliances and components. Currently, the company manufactures various home appliances such as washing machines, air coolers, induction cooktops, mixer grinders, bottled water dispensers, air fryers, and air conditioners for major consumer durable brands.

EPACK Stock Price Movement​

EPACK Durable Limited saw its stock climb on Wednesday, edging up 2.41% and settling at a close of ₹238.30. The move occurred amidst robust trading activity, with the equity falling within a day range of ₹235.1 and ₹246.4 based on 2.48 million shares traded.
