Voler Car Limited Notes Non-Selection of Bid in Swiss Challenge Process for Blu-Smart Mobility Assets
Voler Car Limited has provided an update regarding its participation in the Swiss Challenge process concerning the assets of Blu-Smart Mobility Private Limited. The company stated that despite being previously declared the H1 (highest) bidder, the Committee of Creditors (CoC) ultimately selected a different resolution applicant.The company reiterated that it was initially designated as the H1 bidder under the mechanism. Following this designation, Voler Car voluntarily submitted a revised offer with an enhanced financial proposal in relation to the assets.
In its statement, Voler Car noted that it did not receive an opportunity to present its plan before the CoC prior to the decision being finalized. The company added that it has not been apprised of the reasons leading to the non-selection of its bid by the Committee of Creditors.
Voler Car is currently evaluating the matter, including the legal options available to the company, and indicated that further disclosures will be made as required.
Regarding its core business operations, Voler Car Limited confirmed that this development has no adverse impact on the existing financial position or operational status of the company. The management emphasized that the firm remains focused on the growth of its primary business in employee transportation services.
