
Eco Hotels Completes Conversion of Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares Post Third Call
Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd has approved the conversion of a significant number of partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up capital, following the receipt of payment for the Third and Final call on these outstanding shares. The conversion was finalized by the company’s Rights Issue committee meeting held on July 04, 2026.The action relates to Rights Equity Shares originally allotted on September 26, 2025. These shareholders were required to make a payment of Rs 3.80 per share (comprising Rs 2.50 toward face value and Rs 1.30 towards securities premium) as the Third and Final call installment.
The payments mark the completion of the capital structure process for these shares. Initially, these equity shares were paid up to Rs 2.50 per share. Upon payment of the First Call, the paid-up value rose from Rs 2.50 per share to Rs 5.00 per share. The second call raised this value further to Rs 7.50 per share.
The company’s committee approved the conversion of 94,05,655 partly paid-up equity shares that received the Third and Final Call payment. These shares were converted from a status of Rs 7.50 paid-up to fully paid-up, corresponding to the face value of Rs 10 per share.
The aggregate amount received for these Converted Rights Equity Shares amounted to Rs 3,57,41,489/- (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Seven Lakhs Forty One Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Nine Only).
The converted shares will hold parity with the existing equity shares of Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd, proportionate to the amount paid up thereon.
