This new entity will be dedicated entirely to the manufacturing of High Voltage Bushings, marking the company's move into a specialized, high-entry-barrier segment of the electrical infrastructure industry.Vilas Transcore Limited is already recognized for its manufacturing of various transformer components, including Wound Cores, Nano Crystalline Cores, Amorphous Cores, and Radiators. The company’s current product range encompasses C.R.G.O, Cut to size Laminations, Toroidal Cores, Core Coil Assemblies, and Slit Coils.
The new venture will focus specifically on the design, development, and manufacturing of high-end bushings, covering voltage ranges from 12kV to 400kV.
To ensure strategic agility and facilitate potential global collaborations, Vilas Transcore Limited will initially retain a 25% equity stake in the new company. The Promoters will hold the remaining equity balance.
The initial phase of the new venture is slated for intensive Research & Development (R&D), Design, and Product Development. The company has outlined a clear roadmap toward commercialization, with a phased product rollout anticipated to begin in approximately one year.
