On July 08, 2026, proceedings were held before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, concerning two applications filed by Vikas WSP Ltd., which is currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).The hearings covered IA (I.B.C.)
