Vidya Wires Limited, formerly known as Vidya Wires Private Limited, has confirmed that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) during the first quarter and three months' period ended on June 30, 2026. The statement reflects the company’s adherence to the original objects outlined in the IPO prospectus.

The IPO was conducted by Vidya Wires Limited on December 08, 2025, raising a total of INR 2740.00 Million. The utilization of these proceeds has been reviewed and reported against the approved objectives for the specified quarter.
