Vidya Wires Announces Board Meeting to Approve Q1 Results and Consider Dividend Recommendation​

Vidya Wires Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for August 11, 2026. The primary objective of the board meeting includes considering and approving the un-audited Financial Results of the Company on both a Standalone and Consolidated basis for the First quarter and three months' period ended June 30, 2026.

The Board is also set to consider the recommendation of a Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company. This dividend recommendation pertains to the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and will be subject to approval by Members at the forthcoming 44th Annual General Meeting.

In addition to these key agenda items, the meeting is scheduled to transact any other business with the permission of the Chairman and the majority of the Directors present.

Trading Window Update​

The company also provided an update regarding the trading window for its equity shares following the declaration or publication of the financial results. The trading period was previously closed from the end of the quarter until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited Financial Results.

As the Financial Results are scheduled to be declared on August 11, 2026, the trading window will remain closed for 48 hours thereafter. The trading window is expected to re-open from Friday, August 14, 2026.
