The capital infusion is set to fuel aggressive expansion across pet clinics, at-home care services, and specialized insurance offerings. Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) led the investment round, with participation from Greenoaks Capital, Lachy Groom, and JSW Family Office.This significant funding move solidifies Vetic’s position as a key player in the rapidly growing pet wellness market. Vetic aims to deepen its insurance offerings and rollout comprehensive at-home veterinary services nationwide. Investment in technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is also a core focus for future growth.Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Ajmera, Vetic operates as a holistic pet care platform. This platform encompasses clinics, emergency facilities, pharmacy supply chains, home services, and pet supplies. Currently, the startup manages over 65 clinics spread across 11 cities, alongside 15 dedicated emergency care facilities.

Vetic is committed to building a fully connected system for pet health, moving beyond fragmented care models. Ajmera stated that "Pet parents demand human-grade care," emphasizing the need for interconnected services in the current market.The company has expanded its operations significantly beyond clinical treatment alone. Vetic now includes home visits, insurance plans, wellness subscriptions, and a dedicated e-pharmacy business model. The startup boasts more than 60,000 subscribed members across these diverse offerings.
