New Delhi, May 27, 2026: Contend Builders Private Limited, a Joint Venture Company of Antara Senior Living Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Max India Limited, has achieved a significant milestone by receiving a partial Occupancy Certificate (OC) for its senior living community located at Sector 150, Noida. This OC covers three towers and 340 units in Phase I, paving the way for these senior families to take possession of their homes.The granting of this partial OC is described as a welcome step, allowing the company to activate receivables contingent on possession. Management noted that the team is actively reviewing the conditions laid down in the OC and expects to begin the process of granting possession to residents shortly.
