Velan Hotels Completes Sale of Tirupur Hotel Property to J.P. Associates Asia Pacific​

Velan Hotels Ltd has confirmed the completion of the sale of its hotel property located in Tirupur. The property was sold to M/s.J.P.Associates Asia Pacific Private Ltd, a non-related party based in Coimbatore.

The transaction was finalized on July 2, 2026, following necessary rectification of mistakes within the Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) pertaining to the property.

The total sale consideration for the hotel property amounted to Rs.37,16,02,048/-. The payment was received in multiple tranches and is subject to the deduction of applicable TDS.
