Batliboi Ltd. has successfully completed the acquisition transaction involving Penta Automation System Private Limited (Penta). The closing date for the acquisition was July 3, 2026, following the terms and conditions set out in the Share Purchase Agreement(s).Following the completion of this transaction, Batliboi Ltd. has acquired 80% of the equity share capital of Penta. As a result of this stake acquisition, Penta has now become a subsidiary of Batliboi Limited.
The company's corporate structure update also involves Pats Robotics Private Limited (PAtS). On the closing date of July 3, 2026, Penta acquired PAtS as its wholly-owned subsidiary. Consequently, PAtS has become an indirect subsidiary of Batliboi Limited.
