Uno Minda Acquires Additional Equity, Increasing Stake in Minda Onkyo India Private Limited​

Uno Minda Limited has acquired a significant additional equity stake in its subsidiary, Minda Onkyo India Private Limited (MOIPL). The company purchased 1,51,40,352 equity shares, which represents a 19% stake in MOIPL.

The acquisition was made from M/s. Onkyo Sound Corporation of Japan.

Following this transaction, Uno Minda Limited's total stake in Minda Onkyo India Private Limited now stands at 99%.
