TTK Healthcare Limited (TTKHCL) has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) covering the financial year 2025-26, outlining operational achievements, commitment to sustainable practices, and social impact initiatives. The report details the company’s activities across various business units, focusing on product stewardship, human resource management, and environmental conservation efforts.

Business Operations and Market Reach​

TTKHCL is involved in the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of Consumer, Animal Welfare, and Food Products, as well as Medical and Protective Devices. The company boasts a paid-up capital of Rs.14,13,03,330 and has maintained operations across 19 locations nationally.

The markets served by TTKHCL span 28 States and 8 Union Territories in India. The company reported an export contribution of 6.41% of its total turnover.

• Training: Employees received various training sessions in the financial year. Among employees (Male), 1,154 were trained in Occupational Health and Safety Measures (100.00%). Out of all employees, 1,259 participated in awareness programs covering all principles of BRSR.
• Benefits: For permanent employees, PF coverage was at 100.00% for both males and females. Gratuitiy is covered by a percentage of 73.72% for male workers (Permanent) and 100.00% for female workers.

Regarding water resources, the total volume of water consumption for FY 2025-26 was 79,068 kilolitres. The company’s discharge practices note that discharged water is taken to a common treatment plant in the Industrial Estate.

In terms of waste generation, the total generated waste for the period stood at 1,057.11 metric tonnes. Of this amount, 1,056.71 metric tonnes were recovered through recycling, and only 0.40 metric tonnes was incinerated. The company practices resource efficiency and aims to reduce the usage of hazardous and toxic chemicals in its products and processes.

GHG Emissions:
Total Scope 1 emissions for FY 2025-26 recorded 8,072.42 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Total Scope 2 emissions stood at 12,260.46 metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent. The company is actively working on initiatives such as the Initiation of Clean Energy Transition for Operational Sustainability and Cost Resilience in its Virudhunagar Plant, aiming to reduce carbon-intensive energy consumption.

Mr S Kalyanaraman, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, has been vested with responsibility for decision making on sustainability matters. The company maintains a structured approach to human rights, ensuring that grievances are addressed via the whistle blower mechanism or through the Internal Complaints Committee under the POSH Policy.

The company also conducts due diligence and assessments of its value chain partners, reporting that 100% of all vendors operating in its factory premises receive training on relevant policies and statutory obligations.
