The company's business activities are broadly categorized across manufacturing, wholesale trading, and support services. Manufacturing of watches constitutes the largest segment at 66.53% of turnover, while Wholesale Trading accounts for 32.56%, and other support services contribute 0.91%. Watches represent the primary product sold by the entity, accounting for 98% of the total turnover.

The company maintains one plant and seven offices nationally. Internationally, Timex serves seven countries. The brand portfolio includes several prestigious fashion and lifestyle segments, such as Timex, Guess, Versace, and Adidas Originals. A total of 10.857 metric tonnes were recovered through recycling processes.

In the area of energy efficiency, the entity achieved measurable improvements across several operations. Measures included replacing conventional CFL lights with LED lighting, which reduced electricity consumption by approximately 16%. Additionally, an outdated air compressor was replaced with a high-efficiency system that delivered about 49% in energy savings. Outdated chillers were similarly upgraded, resulting in around 29% energy savings.

Energy intensity per rupee of turnover for the company decreased to 0.041 Giga Joules per Lakhs Rs. in FY 2025-26, a reduction from 0.057 in FY 2024-25. Regarding water consumption, total volume used stood at 10368.2 Kilolitres (KL) in FY 2025-26, compared to 8093 KL in the preceding year. The company confirmed compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations throughout India.

Stakeholder Engagement and Consumer Feedback​

The organization maintains clear mechanisms for engagement with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and vendors/Value Chain Partners. Employee and worker training covers areas such as health and safety measures.

Customer feedback is managed through a standardized operating procedure (SOP), and the company tracks consumer complaints related to products. For FY 2025-26, the number of consumer complaints recorded in the 'Other' category was 13,564, with zero pending resolution cases reported.
