The financial results for Q1 FY27 demonstrated a robust start to the fiscal year. Revenue grew by 39% year-on-year, reaching Rs 91.1 Cr, up from Rs 65.4 Cr in Q1 FY26. Founded in 2008, Premier Roadlines Ltd (PRL) is an IBA-approved and ISO certified provider of surface logistics for dry cargo, handling shipments ranging from 1MT to 250MT. PRL offers a comprehensive range of services including project logistics, contracted integrated logistics, general logistics, and Fleet Rentals.

The company serves major clients such as Tata, Thyssenkrupp, L&T, and KEC across the energy, infrastructure, and renewables sectors. Utilizing third party operators and its fleet of trucks, trailers, and hydraulic axles, PRL operates a comprehensive PAN India network, with operations also established in Nepal and Bhutan. Through the acquisition of Premier Worldwide Logistics (WOS), the company has expanded into Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Project Logistics, and Warehousing & Distribution.
