Time Medical Philippines Awarded Catanduanes Integrated Digital Healthcare Project, Advancing UHC​

Time Medical Philippines (TM-P), a subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures Limited (FMV), has been awarded a province-wide digital healthcare project for rollout across Catanduanes Province. This project involves deploying an integrated solution that combines Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS). The initiative marks the first province-wide implementation of this integrated healthcare model in the Philippines.

The project underscores a commitment by Fischer Medical Ventures and Time Medical Philippines to support the Philippine Government's Universal Health Care (UHC) priority program. The rollout in Catanduanes Province is seen as a vital first step in translating this vision into a scalable digital healthcare model across the country.

TM-P, in collaboration with its digital health partner FlynnCare, will deploy the integrated healthcare solution to strengthen digital healthcare delivery. The solution links community-level healthcare, which includes screening and diagnostics, with structured digital clinical workflows and patient information, connecting frontline providers with the broader healthcare system.

This integrated approach is designed to benefit municipalities and barangays where access to comprehensive healthcare services and diagnostic infrastructure is often limited. By integrating community-level screening, connected diagnostics, and teleconsultation, the project aims to bring healthcare closer to these communities while improving coordination between local health providers and the national healthcare system.

The Catanduanes rollout demonstrates how digital technology can advance the objectives of the Philippines' Universal Health Care program. Providing a foundation for standardized clinical workflows and improved continuity of care, the initiative supports a healthcare environment that is increasingly connected and data-driven.

With Catanduanes serving as a key implementation milestone, Time Medical Philippines and FlynnCare intend to establish this model as a blueprint for provincial healthcare digitalization.
