TBO Tek Limited, one of the global travel distribution platforms, announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27). The company reported a robust performance characterized by significant revenue growth and margin expansion, despite ongoing geopolitical challenges in the Middle East.

The Q1 saw TBO Tek’s Gross Transaction Value (GTV) stand at ₹11,154 Cr, marking a 37% increase year-over-year (YoY). The company's operating metrics demonstrated effective scaling and operational leverage across various segments and geographies.

Key Business and Operational Growth Drivers​

The company observed broad-based growth across key markets including India, APAC, Europe, North America, and LATAM. Monthly Transacting Buyers (MTBs) reached 33,736 for the quarter, a rise of 14% YoY.

Segment performance contributed significantly to the overall results:
  • Hotels + Ancillary: This segment reported a GTV of ₹7,578 Cr, up 50% YoY. Geographically, GTV growth was recorded at 56% YoY in APAC markets, 37% in Europe, and 20% in LATAM.
  • Airlines: The Airlines business saw a GTV of ₹3,577 Cr, up 17% YoY.

The strong operating leverage was highlighted by the Gross Profit growing at 66% YoY, which drove the Adjusted EBITDA to grow by 77% YoY. Furthermore, cash and Cash Equivalents stood at ₹1,984 Cr as of June 30, 2026, an increase of ₹392 Cr from March 31, 2026, aided partly by working capital release.

Management Perspective on Resilience and Scalability​

Management noted that despite the backdrop of uncertainty caused by the Middle East crisis, the platform continued to grow as travel preferences adjusted to market disruptions.

Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar, Co-founder and Joint MD, TBO Tek Limited stated that Q1 FY27 proved the resilience of their platform. He mentioned that having a broad range of source markets and global supply allowed the company to participate successfully as travel flows shifted across various destinations, airlines, and routes.

Mr. Ankush Nijhawan, Co-founder and Joint MD, added that the India business showed sustained growth, with Airlines GTV increasing by 14.7% YoY. He expressed confidence in the long-term potential of increasing Indian outbound travel, noting that TBO's ability to generate healthy cash flows significantly exceeded Adjusted EBITDA due to working capital item releases.

TBOTEK Stock Price Movement​

Today, TBO Tek Limited shares rallied 0.76%, settling at ₹1522.6 as the company finished the trading session on a positive note. The stock traded within an intraday range of ₹1510 to ₹1531 and saw 177,747 shares recorded in trade.
