Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board approved the grant of Performance Share Units (PSUs) to eligible employees. The approval for this grant was made on May 08, 2026.

The PSUs are part of the company’s Tata Consumer Products Limited-Share-based Long Term Incentive Scheme 2024 (TCPL-SLTI Scheme 2024).

In total, the committee approved the grant of 3,25,020 Performance Share Units to eligible employees.

The PSUs are based on the TCPL-SLTI Scheme 2024. The number of PSUs granted to eligible employees was determined based on the Long Term Incentive Pay amount awarded, divided by the Closing Market Price of the Shares on the NSE on May 07, 2026.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee reserves the right to extend the Exercise Period by a further period of two years, if deemed fit. The Exercise Period for the PSUs commences from the date of Vesting of PSUs.
