Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a strategic partnership with premium tire manufacturer Nokian Tyre PLC to spearhead IT transformation through advanced AI capabilities and modernization. The collaboration aims to strengthen Nokian Tyres' IT operations, accelerate innovation, and achieve sustainable business outcomes by integrating artificial intelligence into core processes.

As part of the engagement, TCS will expand its use of artificial intelligence across application management, development, and onsite support services for Nokian Tyres. This AI-led transformation is set to significantly improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability within Nokian's operations. By embedding agentic automation at the heart of IT functions, the partnership seeks to accelerate issue resolution, reduce operational costs, and strengthen resilience through a unified digital infrastructure.

TCS will deliver comprehensive end-to-end application management services covering Nokian Tyres’ entire application landscape. This scope includes development, maintenance, and support for systems that service engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and corporate functions.
