Scope of Digital Transformation​

As part of this comprehensive engagement, TCS will provide end-to-end managed services spanning applications, infrastructure, data, end-user services, security, and connectivity globally. The partnership will utilize TCS's deep manufacturing and IT expertise combined with AI-led agentic workflows to simplify and modernize SKF's global technology landscape.

The scope of work includes standardizing operations, strengthening the domain-led technology architecture, modernizing core infrastructure, and accelerating the design and adoption of a next-generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
