Symphony Completes Transfer of Bonaire USA LLC Stake and Key IPRs from CTPL​

Symphony Limited has completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Bonaire USA LLC (BUSA) and associated Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), transferring these assets from Climate Technologies Pty Limited (CTPL). The transaction was finalized following relevant agreements, providing Symphony with control over both the subsidiary and its intellectual property base.

The total consideration paid for the transfer amounted to AUD 7.6 million, which is approximately ₹52 crore. This payment was specifically allocated between the acquisition of the BUSA equity stake and the IPRs transfer.

Following the proceeds from this sale, CTPL utilized the funds to service its working capital obligations. The successful repayment reduced the outstanding borrowings of CTPL to approximately AUD 5.5 million, equivalent to around ₹37 crore.

Regarding future financial needs in Australia, Symphony Limited stated that it does not anticipate any incremental capital allocation for its Australian subsidiaries. This decision aligns with the directives from the Board of Directors, which was held on May 15, 2026. The Company noted that any future funding requirements would be restricted to regulatory necessities if they arise.

Shares of Symphony Limited are edging higher to ₹694.85 as of 2:32 PM today, gaining 0.67% in active live trading. The stock has seen brisk activity with 66,686 shares traded, maintaining a strong buffer above its 52-week low of ₹683.55.
