Mumbai: Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. (Systematix), a diversified financial services group, announced its un-audited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company reported a strong commencement to Fiscal Year 2027, driven by growth across its various business segments and strategic investments in building long-term platforms.

Adjusted Revenue from Operations rose by 14% compared to the previous quarter, reaching ₹ 26.75 crore. Total Revenue from Operations stood at ₹ 56.26 crore during Q1 FY27, reflecting healthy momentum across the group’s diversified financial services businesses. Systematix is focused on strengthening its platform through steady growth in Asset and Wealth Management, continuous execution within Investment Banking, and sustained investment in its Private Wealth business to ensure long-term value creation.

Financial and Operational Highlights​

The company posted significant traction in asset management and wealth services. Assets Under Management or Custody grew substantially, reaching ₹ 11,800 crore. The Asset Management and PMS AUM stood at ₹ 306 crore, showcasing continuous activity across the Group’s wealth and asset management units.

In terms of specialized funds, the India SME Growth Fund (Category I AIF) remained fully subscribed at ₹ 125 crore, with nearly 40% of the capital deployed. The India Equity Opportunities Fund (Category II AIF) is continuing its fund raise as planned. Meanwhile, the Investment Banking business maintained healthy execution across both capital market and advisory mandates, reinforcing the strength of its franchise.

A notable operational milestone for the company was successfully hosting the Systematix Promoters & Founders Forum 2026. This event brought together over 200 institutional clients, more than 150 funds, and 30 corporates, facilitating over 1,200 investor meetings.
