Segment Performance Analysis​

The wealth segment saw revenues reach ₹ 447 Cr in Q1, a 19% increase YoY, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) at ₹ 149 Cr, up 20% YoY. This segment includes two key areas: Nuvama Wealth and Nuvama Private.

  • Nuvama Wealth: This division reported revenues of ₹ 250 Cr in Q1, growing by 13% YoY, with PBT at ₹ 90 Cr (up 19% YoY). Client assets for Nuvama Wealth stood at ₹ 1,23,695 Cr, achieving a 17% YoY growth. The MPIS segment generated the highest quarterly Net New Money (NNM) of ₹ 3,044 Cr, representing 8% of opening MPIS assets.
  • Nuvama Private: Revenues stood at ₹ 198 Cr in Q1, rising 27% YoY. PBT was ₹ 59 Cr (up 22% YoY). Client assets for Nuvama Private were ₹ 2,40,197 Cr, reflecting a 10% YoY growth. ARR NNM stood at ₹ 1,083 Cr, with underlying flows remaining healthy over approximately ₹ 1,800 Cr excluding outflows from select low-cost mandates.

Asset Management and Asset Services:
The performance in the asset management segment showed strong momentum, while Capital Markets maintained resilience across a volatile market environment.

  • Asset Management (AM): The business generated ₹ 22 Cr in management fees for Q1, marking a 24% YoY increase. Closing Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹ 13,261 Cr, up 12% YoY, attributing growth to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) strategy. Furthermore, the company achieved final close of PRIME fund (CRE Strategy) at approximately ₹ 4,000 Cr.
  • Asset Services and Capital Markets (ASCM): This segment reported PBT of ₹ 269 Cr in Q1, growing 19% YoY. Client assets for Asset Services stood at ₹ 1,58,986 Cr as at the end of Q1, showing a 25% increase YoY.
