Striders FZ Secures Merchandise License Agreement with Hasbro, Expanding Market Reach
Striders Impex Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Striders FZ L.L.C., has entered into a Merchandise License Agreement with Hasbro Consumer Products Licensing Limited. The agreement grants Striders FZ the rights to manufacture, market, distribute, and sell licensed products across specified territories.Under the terms of the agreement, Striders FZ will be authorized to produce merchandise, games, toys, and related products based on several Licensed Properties. These properties include Peppa Pig, Play-DOH, My Little Pony, and Transformers.
The licensing rights granted through this partnership cover the Middle East region, encompassing Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. Additionally, the agreement extends coverage to the North America Territory and certain Asia Pacific territories. The license will remain valid until December 31, 2029.
