Striders Impex Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Striders FZ L.L.C., UAE, has entered into a Merchandise License Agreement with Hasbro Consumer Products Licensing Limited. This agreement grants the rights to manufacture, market, distribute, and sell licensed products based on several popular properties.Under the terms of the Agreement, Striders FZ holds the licensing rights for merchandise, games, toys, and related products across defined regions. The licensed properties include Peppa Pig, Play-DOH, My Little Pony, and Transformers.
The scope of the agreement covers specific territories in the Middle East, including Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, as well as certain Asia-Pacific areas. Striders FZ will hold these licensing rights until December 31, 2029.
