Earnings Announcements in Focus​

Looking ahead, companies such as GSP Crop Science, Aqylon Nexus, B2B Software Technologies, Swadha Nature, and Uravi Defence and Technology will release their earnings on April 11.

TCS Q4 Results: Profit and Revenue Register Strong Growth​

Tata Consultancy Services reported a steady performance for the fourth quarter on a year-on-year basis.
  • Net profit rose 12.2 percent to Rs 13,718 crore compared to Rs 12,224 crore
  • Revenue increased 9.6 percent to Rs 70,698 crore from Rs 64,479 crore
  • EBIT grew 14.5 percent to Rs 17,870 crore versus Rs 15,601 crore
  • EBIT margin expanded to 25.27 percent from 24.19 percent
The company’s board approved a final dividend of Rs 31 per share. Annualized AI revenue crossed US$ 2.3 billion, while total contract value stood at US$ 12 billion. TCS also renewed its multi-year strategic partnership with Marks and Spencer.

JSW Steel Q4 Update: Production Declines​

JSW Steel reported a marginal decline in crude steel production for the fourth quarter.
  • Consolidated production fell 3 percent to 7.43 million tonnes from 7.63 million tonnes
  • India operations production declined 1 percent to 7.34 million tonnes
  • Combined crude steel production slipped 2 percent to 7.49 million tonnes

HDFC Life Insurance Company​

The board will consider a fund-raising proposal via preferential issue on April 16, along with quarterly and annual results and a potential final dividend.

Tata Steel​

The company has completed the acquisition of the remaining 0.01 percent stake in Tata Steel Colors from BlueScope Steel Asia Holdings for Rs 0.03 crore. With this, Tata Steel Colors becomes a wholly owned subsidiary.

Poonawalla Fincorp​

The company has launched its qualified institutional placement issue on April 9, with a floor price fixed at Rs 390.26 per share.

Saatvik Green Energy​

Its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, secured an order worth Rs 108.75 crore from EPC players for the supply of solar PV modules.

IFB Industries​

The company appointed Manoj Kumar Vijay as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent category for two years starting April 9. Sandeep Joseph Abraham has been appointed as Managing Director and CEO for a five-year term effective the same date.

Eicher Motors​

Royal Enfield launched its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, priced at Rs 2.79 lakh. The model will be available from April 10, with deliveries starting at the end of May 2026.

SpiceJet​

A UK court has directed the airline to pay approximately $8 million to an aircraft engine lessor over unpaid rent and maintenance dues related to three engines. The court ruled in favor of the lessor, stating the airline had no viable defense.

Gaudium IVF and Women Health​

GDN Ventures LLP acquired 10 lakh shares, representing a 1.37 percent stake, for Rs 8.58 crore at Rs 85.84 per share.

Sai Parenterals​

Arihant Capital Markets purchased 3.98 lakh shares, or 0.9 percent stake, at Rs 423.13 per share, amounting to Rs 16.84 crore.
