Financial Highlights and Corporate Strength​

STL reported consolidated revenues of INR 1,910 Cr for Q1 FY27, achieving a significant year-over-year growth. The company recorded an EBITDA of INR 397 Cr and a Net Profit (PAT) of INR 197 Cr. This performance reflects the company's improved product mix and operating leverage.

In addition to the strong operational performance, STL fortified its balance sheet by achieving a net debt-free status, following the successful completion of a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of INR 1,500 Cr. The QIP proceeds are allocated for repayment of existing borrowings and general corporate purposes.

The company’s credit profile also received positive attention, with CRISIL revising its outlook to 'Stable' and ICRA upgrading the company's credit rating to AA (Stable).

STL continued to strengthen its market position through strategic contracts, particularly those aligned with hyperscale and AI data center demands. Key business achievements include:

  • Securing a multi-year contract worth US$ 1.11 billion (₹10,000+ Cr) to supply optical connectivity products for next-generation AI data centers.
  • Winning multiple hyperscaler orders valued at $100 Mn or more for the Neuralis integrated data center solutions portfolio.
  • Securing a strategic order to supply long-haul, dark-fibre High Density Micro-cables to a major infrastructure provider.

Technology Leadership and Innovation​

The company remains at the forefront of innovation necessary for AI-driven infrastructure. STL introduced CONCAT, a pre-connectorized solution designed to reduce installation labor and costs in Field Trusted Toll (FTTH) rollouts. Furthermore, the company developed US Conec-certified MMC Pre-Terminated solutions, which deliver a 3X increase in cabling density essential for powering future AI data centers (800G+).

STL also boasts a robust Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio, standing at over 785 patents filed and granted. In addition to product development, the company achieved a decisive win in a European patent dispute, strengthening its position across Optical Connectivity markets in Europe and the UK.

The commitment to advanced manufacturing is evident through offerings like G.654.E Multi-Core Fibre (MCF), designed for high capacity in AI data centers, and Hollow Core Fiber (HCF), which enables faster transmission necessary for AI Data Centers and hyperscalers.
