U.Y. Fincorp Limited Appoints New Internal and Statutory Auditors​

U.Y. Fincorp Ltd, formerly known as Golden'Goenka Fincorp Limited, confirmed the appointment of new chartered accountants during a Board meeting held on July 24, 2026. The company moved to appoint both an internal auditor and statutory auditors to fill casual vacancies following resignations by previously appointed firms.

The Board meeting considered and approved the engagement of M/s Seth and Associates as the Internal Auditor for the company. This appointment is set to begin on July 24, 2026, for the financial year 2026-27. The selection was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and fills a vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s R K Lodha & Associates.

Additionally, Mls. Praveen K Srivastava & Co has been appointed as the statutory auditors of U.Y. Fincorp Ltd. This appointment is effective from July 24, 2026, subject to the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The decision followed a recommendation by the Audit Committee and replaces M/s B. Nath & Co., who had resigned from the post.
