Star Housing Finance Appoints Abhaykumar J. Pal as Additional Independent Director​

Star Housing Finance Ltd has appointed Mr. Abhaykumar J. Pal as an Additional Director in the category of Non-executive Independent Director. The appointment is effective from July 7, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment via a resolution passed through circulation. Mr. Pal will serve for a term of one year following his designation.
