Poly Medicure secures stay order in Delhi High Court regarding stamp duty dispute​

Poly Medicure Limited has received a significant update regarding its legal proceedings concerning a stamp duty matter before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. The company confirmed that the operation and execution of the impugned order, which was originally dated June 15, 2026, has been stayed by the High Court.

The writ petition filed by Poly Medicure challenging the orders issued by the Office of Collector of Stamps, Revenue Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, was heard before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on July 03, 2026. During the hearing, the High Court observed that no one appeared on behalf of the respondent party.
