SKM Egg Products Schedules Annual General Meeting and Announces Book Closure Dates​

SKM Egg Products Export (India) Limited has announced key dates regarding its upcoming annual meeting and the subsequent book closure period, following approval by its Board of Directors.

The company's 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026. The meeting will be held via Video conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

To facilitate the AGM and the payment of any dividend declared at the gathering, SKM Egg Products stated that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed during a specific period.

The Book Closure is set to run from September 12, 2026, through September 18, 2026, inclusive. This closure period pertains both to the conduct of the AGM and for dividend payment related to the Financial Year 2025-26.
