Siyaram Recycling Industries Approves Reappointment of Directors, Sets Dates for 20th Annual General Meeting​

Siyaram Recycling Industries Ltd., formerly known as Siyaram Impex Pvt. Ltd., announced key outcomes of its Board of Directors meeting held on August 24, 2026, which included the re-appointment of two directors and the scheduling of the company's 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
