The primary market stands poised for an extremely active week as six distinct companies set to launch initial public offerings (IPOs). These upcoming issues are expected collectively to raise approximately Rs 5,600 crore. This influx of listings follows a preceding week in the markets and adds to the steady pace of IPO activity earlier this month.

Key Offerings Scheduled for the Week

Horizon Industrial Parks is slated to lead the charge on August 17 with its significant Rs 2,600-crore IPO. This offering comprises entirely a fresh issue and has been priced between Rs 57 and Rs 60 per share. The company plans to utilize the proceeds specifically for debt repayment.

Following Horizon Industrial Parks, jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will launch its own IPO on August 17. The Rs 1,700-crore issue is structured with a price band set between Rs 190 and Rs 201 per share. This offering includes a fresh issue component of up to Rs 1,200 crore alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) portion worth up to Rs 500 crore.

Promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah are expected to sell their shares via the OFS.

Diversified Sectors Represented in Offerings

The pipeline also features listings across finance and industrial segments. Gaja Alternative Asset Management, operating under the Gaja Capital brand, will launch its Rs 550-crore IPO on August 19. The issue has been set with a price band of Rs 152 to Rs 160 per share, comprising a fresh issue up to Rs 450 crore and an OFS component of up to Rs 100 crore.

Broader Market IPO Outlook Beyond This Week

The primary market momentum remains strong beyond the current week's listings. Skyways Air Services, a company in the air freight forwarding and logistics sector, is scheduled to launch its own IPO on August 24 with an issue size of Rs 583 crore.

With these offerings included, projections indicate that the total number of companies launching IPOs throughout 2026 is anticipated to rise to 54. The funds generated across these six firms are slated for various corporate activities, including business expansion, capital expenditure, and debt repayment.
