Key Details of Horizon Industrial Parks IPO

Horizon Industrial Parks (HIP) has announced the fixed price band for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company, which focuses on industrial and logistics infrastructure, is seeking a valuation of up to Rs 17,300 crore at the upper end of the price band.

The IPO is a fresh issue exclusively by the company, aiming to raise ₹2,600 crore from investors. This move aims to strengthen its financial position while expanding its capital base.

IPO Schedule and Retail Investor Details

The public subscription for the Horizon Industrial Parks IPO is scheduled to commence from August 17 to August 19. A one-day anchor book launch will take place on August 14, preceding the official opening of the IPO.

Investors must bid in minimum lots of 250 equity shares. The entry cost for a retail investor would be ₹15,000 per lot, with the maximum investment capped at ₹1.95 lakh for 13 lots.

The company has also reserved a portion of shares worth Rs 5 crore for its employees, who will receive these shares at a discount of Rs 5 per share from the final offer price.

Operational Strength and Market Presence

Horizon Industrial Parks currently operates across a pan-India network of 45 assets. These assets include Grade A quality fulfillment centers, industrial facilities, and in-city centers.

These operations span 10 major industrial and consumption hubs. Key locations include Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Nagpur. The total operational capacity stands at 58.58 million square feet.

Financial Use of Proceeds and Shareholding Structure

The company intends to utilize a significant portion of the funds raised for debt repayment. Of the net fresh issue proceeds, Rs 2,250 crore is earmarked for repaying debt. This follows consolidated borrowings totaling Rs 6,884.3 crore reported as of the end of fiscal 2026.

The remaining IPO proceeds will be allocated to general corporate purposes.

Blackstone, an American alternative investment manager and promoter, will retain a substantial 75.4 percent stake in the company post-IPO. Among other institutional shareholders are 360 ONE, which holds a 3.5 percent stake, SBI Life Insurance, and Radhakishan Damani (both holding 1.16 percent stakes).

Financial Performance Overview

Financial reports for the industrial logistics operator reveal mixed results for the financial year ended March 2026. The company recorded a loss of Rs 203.6 crore, which marks an increase from the loss of Rs 178.8 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Despite the loss, revenue showed a sharp surge, increasing by 77.1 percent to ₹691.4 crore. This is significantly higher compared to the ₹390.3 crore recorded in the same period prior.

The IPO has been managed by several key entities. JM Financial, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, SBI Capital Markets, and 360 ONE WAM are serving as the book running lead managers for Horizon Industrial Parks.
