New Delhi, August 5, 2026: SIS Ltd. today announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported robust growth across key business segments, with revenue from operations showing a substantial increase year-on-year (YoY). Furthermore, SIS announced its fifth share buyback as part of its commitment to shareholder returns.

The consolidated financial performance highlights strong operational efficiency and solid growth momentum across the enterprise services sector.

The company also reported that OCF/EBITDA on a consolidated basis was 42.3% for the quarter, while group DSO stood at 66 days. Net Debt to EBITDA stood at 1.05x as of June '26, an increase from 0.99x recorded in March '26.

In terms of profitability metrics, the company reported Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) at 16.7% and Return on Equity (RoE) at 15.8% for Q1 FY27.

Business Updates​

The Security Solutions India business maintained its growth trajectory, recording a revenue of Rs. 2,004.1 Cr. The increase was supported by secured wins across the Education, Healthcare, E-commerce, and BFSI sectors. In International security solutions, the business recorded a revenue of Rs. 1,981.9 Cr., driven largely by new business in the Defence and Aviation sectors.

The Facility Management Solutions segment achieved its highest quarterly EBITDA to date at Rs. 35.2 cr., growing 23.7% YoY. This performance was attributed to continued contract portfolio optimization and disciplined SG&A rationalization, maintaining a stable EBITDA margin of 5.5%.

Management Commentary​

Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha, Group Managing Director, commented on the results, stating that with the implementation of Labour Codes and strong execution in Q1, FY27 is anticipated to be an inflection year. He added that SIS was pleased to be among the first companies to tap the open market for its buyback, which is scheduled to commence next week. Sinha further noted that through this buyback process, SIS will have returned over INR 700 cr. to shareholders since the IPO.
