The company saw total revenue reach approximately ₹150 Cr, marking a 4.4% increase year over year (YoY). EBITDA stood at approximately ₹41 Cr, reflecting a strong 13.1% YoY rise. The margin remained solid at 27.5%, representing an improvement of 210 basis points (bps) compared to the previous year. Net Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at approximately ₹18 Cr, which is up 21.7% YoY, achieving a PAT margin of 12.1%.

The Q1 FY27 results demonstrated an improved global mix for Alldigi Tech. International revenue constituted 68.8% of the total in the quarter, up from 65.2% in the previous year.

  • Tech & Digital (T&D): The T&D segment achieved a revenue increase of 11.9% YoY and maintained a strong segment margin of 42.9%.

The company maintained healthy operational metrics across the quarter. Operating cash flow (OCF) was recorded at approximately ₹33 Cr, equivalent to 80.2% of EBITDA. The balance sheet showed a healthy liquidity position, with Cash & Liquid Funds totaling approximately ₹160 Cr. Furthermore, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) improved by 10 days YoY, settling at 77 days due to enhanced collections.

AI-Led Platforms and Future Focus​

Alldigi Tech is continuing to advance its focus on cutting-edge, AI-led platforms across the Technology & Digital and BPM verticals. Key product developments include: Buzzily 2.0, an integrated platform that was launched in May 2026, along with Meridian, an analytics and insights product designed to provide enterprises a consolidated view of their data. Additionally, Aeonox, a SaaS platform, is scheduled for an India launch by September 2026.

In terms of core services, the People solution saw employee records reach 50.2 Lakh in Q1 FY27, showing growth of 10.5% YoY and 0.5% QoQ.
