Sigma Solve Limited, a global enterprise software solutions provider, announced strong consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY27, ended June 30, 2026. The company reported robust revenue growth and significant margin expansion, reflecting its ongoing transformation into an AI-powered solutions powerhouse.

On a consolidated basis, Sigma Solve delivered its strongest quarterly performance. Revenue from operations grew by 11.5% year on year to ₹2,303.22 lakh. Total income saw a sharp rise of 40.4% compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year. Profit before tax (PBT) more than doubled, rising 141.4% YoY to ₹1,647.79 lakh. Net profit after tax (PAT) surged by 142.6% YoY, reaching ₹1,257.53 lakh. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at ₹1.22, up from ₹0.50 in the corresponding quarter last year, indicating effective conversion of top line momentum into sustained shareholder value.

Parikh, Chairman and Managing Director of Sigma Solve Limited, stated that the quarter showcases the strength and scalability of the Company's business model. He noted that disciplined cost management, combined with sustained double-digit revenue growth across the enterprise software and technology services portfolio, translated into meaningfully higher profitability and healthy comprehensive income for shareholders.

Mr. Parikh added that the company is actively transforming its product and service offerings around AI-driven capabilities, anticipating that this shift toward AI powered solutions will be a key growth driver in the coming quarters. Management also noted that the consolidated performance benefited from the execution of Sigma Solve Inc. and Rish Info Logistics Private Limited, both subsidiaries that contributed to a diversified and resilient revenue base.

Building on the Q1 FY27 momentum, management expressed confidence in the growth trajectory for the remainder of the fiscal year.
