Shivalic Power Control Appoints New CFO, Recommends M/s TASH & Associates as Statutory Auditor​

Shivalic Power Control Limited has announced key management changes following its Board meeting held on July 21, 2026. The company approved the promotion of Mr. Rohit Kapoor to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and recommended M/s TASH & Associates, Chartered Accountants, for the role of statutory auditor.

The Board decision regarding the CFO appointment reflects a move in corporate structure within Shivalic Power Control Limited. Mr. Rohit Kapoor was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 21, 2026. This elevation followed his service as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. In adherence to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 relating to Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Kapoor tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from July 21, 2026.

The Board expressed sincere appreciation for the valuable services and significant contribution provided by Mr. Rohit Kapoor during his tenure as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

Mr. Rohit Kapoor possesses over 13 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, financial management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). His expertise encompasses financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, internal financial controls, treasury and working capital management, and statutory and regulatory compliances.

Statutory Auditor Appointment Details​

The Board, upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, decided to appoint M/s TASH & Associates as the statutory auditor of the company. This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the existing Statutory Auditors, M/s Shiv & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The appointment is subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Board determined that the new firm shall hold office for a term of five years commencing from the conclusion of the AGM.
