Shalby Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review the company's performance and make recommendations regarding its financial standing.

During the board meeting, the directors will consider and approve the audited financial results. This approval pertains to both the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026.
