The Proposed Transaction has a cash consideration of INR 12,00,00,000 and the total approved investment, including future capital expenditure for expansion or renovation, is not expected to exceed INR 25,00,00,000. The Target company operates in the hospitality services sector, focusing on its 'Itmenaan Estate' premises located in Almora, Uttarakhand.
