- The company made an additional investment of ₹13.25 lakh in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Salzer EV Infra Private Limited, increasing the total investment to ₹93.21 lakh.
- An additional investment of ₹168.64 lakh was made into Effilume Private Limited, an Associate Company, by subscribing to 1,686,399 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each. This increases the company's total investment in this entity to ₹423.97 lakh, representing a 46.85% equity stake.
