The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a meeting held on that day.The company confirmed that the closure of the specific office is an administrative step undertaken to optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency within the organization. SECL emphasized that this change relates solely to administrative structures, with all business operations expected to continue without interruption.
The corporate office that will be discontinued is located at Unit No 503, 6th Avenue Mithakali Six Road, Above SBI Bank, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380009.
Following the closure of the facility, SECL stated that all statutory records, including the Books of Account and other statutory registers previously maintained at the closed office, will be transferred to and maintained at the Registered Office of the company in accordance with relevant regulations.
